Steve Thomas, Pastor
Steve began serving as Pastor at WBC in June, 1997. He graduated from Samford University, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity), and Covington Theological Seminary (Doctorate of Ministry).
He enjoys golfing, preaching, evangelism, and spending time with his family.
Steve is married to Leigh Ann. They have two adult children and eight wonderful grandchildren.
Chuck Webb,
Minister for Children, Senior Adults, & Facilities
Chuck began serving at WBC in 2003. He graduated from Samford University and Rockbridge Seminary (Masters of Ministry Leadership). Monday through Friday he serves as an Elementary School bus driver for Shelby County.
He enjoys studying the Bible, movies, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Favorite Book of the Bible: One of His favorites is Genesis

Chuck is married to Diane. They have three daughters and three grandchildren.
Tina Wiles, Fin. and Ministry Assistant
Tina joined the WBC Staff in July, 2018 as Finance Assistant. She enjoys reading, travel, a beautiful beach, and porch sittin' with family and friends.

One of her favorite books is Acts.

Tina is married to John, and they have two adult children and three beautiful grand children.
Nick Horton, Minister to Students
Nick joined the WBC Staff as Minister to Students in June, 2023. Nick is also an engineer for a local company.
He enjoys writing, teaching, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his favorite girls, Brooklyn and Oakley.

Nick is married to Brooklyn and they have a precious daughter.
Jena Callaway, Music Administrator
Jena joined the WBC Team as Music Administrator in April, 2026. Monday through Friday she teaches at Columbiana Middle School as an Interventionist.

Jena has a love for praising Jesus and it shows every Sunday that she leads. She loves coffee, the beach, her chickens, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Jena is married to Lee and they have two beautiful daughters.
