Online Giving Tutorial

This tutorial is for the Wilsonville Baptist Church online giving system. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to either email or call (205-669-6663) the office. The website is located on the ACS Secure Servers. They are used by thousands of churches worldwide for online giving, so your information will be safe with them and they will never use your information for solicitation purposes.

Step 1: Create a login.

Go to our login page. If you are not in our database you can give a one time gift by clicking on the “login” icon. Click on the “Need a login? Click Here” button on the bottom of the screen. After you create your login, you will have to verify your email address. So be sure to have access to your email account before you begin this process.

Once you have registered, you will be connected to our database. If you are a one-time contributor and not in our database, you will follow screen prompts to enter your contact information. You will receive an email asking you to confirm that you are indeed signing up for ACS online giving. It will also give you a login name and temporary password.

Step 2: The Home Screen

From the home screen, you can edit your membership information, retrieve small group information, or sign up for an event. You can also manage your giving, schedule regular giving, and get your tax-deductible receipt.
For online giving, click on “Giving” to reveal a drop down menu. Click the “Give Now” button.

Follow the on-screen instructions for the 4-step process of giving online – Gift, Funds, Payment Methods, Review & Process. In the Gifts tab, choose whether this is a one-time gift or a recurring gift and how often, how much, and what date to give. When you are finished, click Continue.

Direct your gift to one of the following areas, then click continue:

• General Budget (suggested fund that pays the bills, salaries, runs our ministries)
• Children’s
• Youth
• Music Ministries
• Building Fund

Step 3: Select Payment Method

Choose Visa, Mastercard, Discover or electronic check. You will NOT be immediately charged at this stage. This information will be saved to your account on ACS servers – much like an iTunes or Amazon.com account. Click continue when finished.

Step 4: Review and Process

Review and edit your gift. Hitting Continue on this screen will process your gift. A receipt will be added to your profile and be available for download as well. Log out of your account for security purposes.
